Jeff Klink is an Executive Vice President with Valley Bank and currently serves as The President of Commercial Deposits for the company. He is responsible for the leadership and management of the organization’s Treasury Sales, Association Banking, National Deposits, MRB and Government Banking deposit verticals.
Prior to stepping in to lead the bank’s commercial deposit and treasury revenue expansion efforts, Jeff spent considerable time leading commercial lending teams throughout the Southeast. Most recently he served as the Chief Banking Officer and was responsible for the commercial lending teams in Florida and Alabama. The region oversaw a book of commercial loans with total balances of over 10 billion dollars and included 57 bank branches that held total deposits of over 9 billion dollars throughout Florida and Alabama.
Jeff was included as a “Power Leader in Banking & Finance” by the South Florida Business Journal in 2022. Additionally, Jeff was recognized by South Florida Business and Wealth as an honoree in the “President” category in 2018 and was a “Finance Award” honoree in 2021. Jeff is on the Board of Directors and an active member of the Florida Bankers Association (FBA). He served as the Chair of the Florida Bankpac in 2021. Financial education and community involvement are his passions. He is honored to be a member Nova Southeastern University’s “Ambassadors Board” and is a member of Broward College’s “Business School Advisory Committee.” He actively donates time to the Jack and Jill Children’s Center in Fort Lauderdale and serves as a member of the non-profit’s finance committee & is a member of their Board of Directors.
Jeff earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He also holds a BA in Economics from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois.
Jeff resides in Southwest Ranches, Florida with his wife and two children.
