We are proud to welcome Brandon Arnold, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Greenfield Companies, to the EWLC Ambassador Program.
Brandon is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, operator, and growth strategist whose career has been defined by building businesses, creating value, and helping organizations navigate complex stages of growth. With more than 15 years of direct investing and operating experience across real estate and lower-middle-market companies, he brings a unique perspective that bridges entrepreneurship, investment, finance, and strategic leadership.
Before founding Greenfield Companies, Brandon founded Bundled Management Solutions and served as its Chief Executive Officer, leading the multi-state real estate management company through 15 acquisitions and scaling the business from a startup to more than 20,000 units under management. Under his leadership, Bundled achieved significant growth, earning a place on the 2024 Inc. 5000 as one of America’s fastest-growing companies, ranking No. 863 based on its revenue growth. Following the company’s 2023 partnership with Shore Capital Partners, Brandon continued with the organization as Chief Growth Officer, further contributing to its strategic expansion.
His experience extends beyond operating companies. Brandon has been a direct investor in a wide range of service businesses and has served on the boards of several fast-growing companies, giving him firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges that come with scaling organizations, developing leadership teams, and creating sustainable enterprise value.
Brandon also brings a strong financial and strategic foundation to his leadership. Before becoming an entrepreneur and investor, he spent more than a decade in investment banking, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets with Mizuho Securities and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He holds a BA in Economics, with Honors, from the University of Chicago.
