During her tenure, she managed contractor client relationships, drove localized sales across specialized store departments, and successfully assisted with educational classes designed to engage professional contractors with advanced materials and trade methodologies.
This practical trade experience is paired with an extensive background in fast-paced customer service and VIP client hospitality. Jillian spent years driving customer satisfaction and executing service strategies for premier entertainment venues and luxury resort brands. In these dynamic environments, she excelled at fast-paced client engagement, inventory and resource tracking, and delivering dedicated care to high-value accounts under tight timelines—skills that translate seamlessly to her current role managing client accounts and project quotes.
A natural entrepreneur with a highly creative and artistic mind, Jillian has also launched independent ventures in wellness therapies and custom business branding apparel.
