With over 15 years of progressive HR and business leadership experience, she advanced at Shoes For Crews from Senior Human Resources Business Partner to Director of HR Total Rewards and Compliance across the USA, Canada, and Europe, building competitive total rewards strategies spanning compensation, benefits, retirement, equity, payroll, tax, audit, and government contractor compliance. Her HR career began at Tenet Healthcare, after serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Contract Administrator, then transitioning to a Human Resources Labor Specialist supporting a multi-site hospital network of over 700 employees, where she reduced grievance cases by 30% through proactive labor relations and received the Governing Board Service Excellence Award for her service to staff and patients. Earlier in her career, she managed complex cross-border regulatory filings and compliance as a Legal Assistant to a Partner at Conyers, a global offshore law firm based in Bermuda.
She previously served on the Board of the Total Rewards Association of South Florida as VP of Programs & Professional Development and has volunteered consistently with Habitat for Humanity, Feeding South Florida, and as a registered foster parent for Justin Barlett Animal Hospital.
Her credentials include a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI, a Paralegal Certificate from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Bridgewater State University. She is also a graduate of the Elevate Women’s Leadership Program.
Her career and family life have taken her from being born and raised in Boston, to Bermuda, and then Bath, England, where her son was born, before settling in Boca Raton, Florida, where she resides today.
