Katy Murless  is a distinguished finance executive with extensive experience in financial strategy, capital markets, investment management, and corporate governance, Katy has built an impressive career leading complex financial initiatives that drive long-term business growth and sustainable value creation.

Her professional journey includes leadership roles with Deloitte, Abax Investments, and Stewards Inc., where she has consistently demonstrated strategic vision, financial excellence, and exceptional executive leadership.

As Chief Financial Officer of Stewards Inc., Katy Murless oversees the Company’s financial strategy, SEC reporting, capital markets activities, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, and corporate finance operations. She has been instrumental in building the financial infrastructure required of a public company, leading the Company’s SEC reporting initiatives and playing a key leadership role in achieving effectiveness of Stewards’ Form S-1 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Katy also leads the Company’s Nasdaq listing process and continues to drive the financial strategy supporting Stewards’ long-term growth and capital markets objectives.

 A Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and holder of the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing, Katy brings a global perspective, an unwavering commitment to responsible financial stewardship, and a passion for building resilient organizations.
